West Islip Church of Christ is led by a group of gifted shepherds known collectively as the Council. The Council is currently composed of seven individuals: Don Bayer, Sue Bayer, Methel Gale, Hubert Gibbons, Julie Madsen, and Donna White.

Our minister is Jesse Pettengill
Jesse Pettengill graduated with a BA degree in Bible and Religion from Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. He is currently working on his Masters of Divinity degree from Harding Graduate School of Theology in Memphis, Tennessee.
